Philip Wen
Managing Director
Philip is the family member at Man’s Holding family office, whose primary business is in real estate, financing, loans and renewable energy.
Invested and advised into leading US, South East Asia and China growth stage technology companies. Philip is on the Board of Directors for a number of Chinese companies with a strong network of founders and venture funds across China, especially the Guangdong region.
Philip’s prior experience includes working for HSBC Asset Management and HSBC Private Banking. Academically, graduated from University of Nottingham with a Bachelor's of Science in Management.

John Peng
Managing Partner
John is the Managing Partner at MPM Capital and a key partner for First Fidelity Capital’s Pre-IPO and Private Equity business. Prior to MPM Capital, John was part of a renowned family office over seeing its investment activities. He was also previously part of international bulge bracket investment banks in Corporate Advisory and Investment Management.
John was on the Board of Directors for Dongwu Cement International Limited (HKSE:695) having held an Executive Director position from 2016 – 2019. Graduated from the University of Melbourne with a Bachelors of Commerce/Bachelor of Information Systems double degree. John holds both CFA and CA professional designations.
